Become a Member!
Voting membership is open to any adult who is interested in preserving and encouraging equine activites in Pepperell. You do NOT need to own a horse or live in Pepperell!
Membership lasts one calendar year, from January 1 to December 31. Memberships received in December will be effective immediately, and carry to the end of the following one calendar year term.
Annual Dues
- $15 per year
- Family memberships are $20 per year, which includes two Voting Memberships and anyone else who resides at the same address.
To become a member, download the PHOA Membership Form, fill it in, and mail it, with your dues, to:

Benefits of Membership
- Contacts with other horseowners in the community
- Notification on issues affecting horseowners in Pepperell (e.g., proposed changes or additions to health and zoning regulations, new tax proposals, etc.)
- Voice in town affairs that affect horse owners and other agricultural enterprises.
- Supporting the acquisition of equine rescue equipment for the town of Pepperell.
- Free clinics and educational opportunites during selected meetings
- Free classified ads on the PHOA web site (items for sale, help wanted, etc.)
- Reduced fees at PHOA-sponsered events, (e.g., the Sanctioned Trail Ride)
- Town support for horse-related activities including a future horse park.
